About our Non-Fat Milk Powder:
Some say Genghis Khan was lactose intolerant, as he lact those requisites necessary to conquer the Silk Road. He did however feed his troops dried milk. So I guess one might say he was whey ahead of his time.
Nonfat Milk Powder is made by removing the cream from whole milk, then evaporating the water, resulting in a milk powder. Anthony’s Nonfat Instant Milk Powder has a sweet, rich flavor, with a creamy color.
Dried milk powder can last longer than regular milk and it does not need to be refrigerated. Non-fat milk powder can be used for baking, camping, traveling, or emergencies.
To Reconstitute:
- For 1 Glass (8oz), add ⅓ cup dry milk to 1 cup water.
- For 1 Quart, add 1 ⅓ cup dry milk to 4 cups water.
